Getting to Peyton’s Paradise is easy.

Located in one of Sanibel Island’s peaceful communities, the home is conveniently accessible from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), approximately 45–60 minutes away depending on traffic.

Once you cross the Sanibel Causeway, island life slows down a bit, and that is part of the charm. Guests can enjoy easy access to Sanibel’s world-famous shelling beaches, scenic bike paths, local dining, shopping, and the J.N. “Ding” Darling National Wildlife Refuge.

One of our favorite parts of this location is the walkable private beach access. No long drives or searching for parking. Just an easy stroll to the beach for shelling, sunset walks, or a quick morning coffee by the water.
